There\u2019s a myth that after breast augmentati<\/strong>on<\/strong> surgery, you\u2019ll need to sleep on your back for a week or longer. Many of my patients believe it, and they are worried that they won\u2019t be able to get to sleep, because they normally sleep on their side or their stomach.<\/p>\n They are not alone. According to th<\/a>e Better Sleep Council, fewer than 15 percent of people prefer to sleep on their back.<\/p>\n Let\u2019s bust this myth:<\/strong> <\/span>You don\u2019t have to sleep on your back after breast augmentation surgery.<\/strong> You don\u2019t have to stay up all night to make sure you don\u2019t doze off and turn over onto your stomach.
